variation for 6 extra hours only?

Hi
One of my mindees mums has asked me for 2 extra mornings next month. That is a total of 6 hours and takes place while one of my mindees is at play group. So will have 3 EY children in my care and one at playgroup. Do I fill in a variation form or will Ofsted be able to tell me over the phone? Are they likely to let me say yes?

I would ring Ofsted and double check but...

I think, if you have a child elsewhere and you are not responsible in an emergency then you can fill their space...

But if you are being paid and on emergency standby for them then you would need a variation... until September when it all changes.
