Medway Childminders not being taught anything to do with EYFS?

Just wondering where I am meant to learn about the EYFS if my pre-reg course doesn't cover it? For some reason Medway have got rid of the NCMA in the area and so now, rather than doing a 4 day NCMA course we have to do a 6 week course with an adult education training provider and EYFS is not covered at all.

Will Ofsted want to know what we know about the EYFS on our initial registration visit? xx

Yes they will - there's a copy of the pre-registration questionnaire in files at the top of the forum.

It will give you an idea of the type of questions you will be expected to answer.

Read through it and ask your trainer to tailor the course to meet YOUR needs.

Im in Medway aswell and since my pre-reg course I have received no training or information at all. I dont have a DO or anything. I literally get all my information from this site xx
