I have just come across this, it mentions our ratios

At least that report says parents were pushed to using nurseries due the dramatic fall in the number of childminders. Nice to be seen as No1 for a change!

Unfortunately it would seem they are hoping that by forcing us to take on more children, we will reduce our fees! Thus devaluing the extra work they want us to take on.

It does mention ratios...but NOT the right ones!!!:angry:

I would not lower my fees, nor would I take on more children...

unless the costs of

food, fuel, gas, electric were slashed and 0 vat for cm's when buying resources then how can we possibly lower fees???
