A couple of questions..

1. How long do you need to store these for - is it 25years? (don't know where I've plucked that number from!)

2. Does anyone do them electronically on a spreadsheet? Just trying to reduce actual paper.

Until the child is 21... and it should be paper apparently because digital will change in the next 21 years beyond recognition :D

I keep mine in the folder with that years accounts in the loft.

I put all mine together with the child's other details when they leave - in a big cupboard :D

Mine all go in a box in the loft at the end of every year. I have always minded full time and the box is not that big for 18yrs.
