Received disqualification waiver in the post today. Just filling it in and sending off straight away, fingers crossed for me pretty please my forum friends x

Just be totally honest... nothing to stop you writing a little note to go alongside it saying how much a new career childminding means to you.

Will do a note as not enough room on form, don;t know how long process will take but definately let you know how I get on, thank you for replying as feeling really low at the mo, but just have to wait and see xx

I had to do this as my hubby smacked someone once 20 yrs ago! it took about 5 weeks all together Ofsted came out to interview him then it went to a panel board all went well and im now reg! Just be totally honest xxx

Thank you. I sent the waiver off last week but haven't heard anything. I might phone them tomorrow just to make sure they have received it. xx

Ofsted phoned, there coming Monday 6.30 pm for an interview and she said we would know by the end of the week. She seemed really nice on the phone and said try not to worry so fingers crossed peeps xx

Ofsted came out yesterday to interview partner and they phoned this morning to say he wasn't disqualified and no need to do waiver and pre-reg inspection will be re-planned so just waiting for that now. Big relief, thank you for all your support xx
