Household Expenditure

Can somebody please advise me if Household Expenditure for 2011-2012 is 29% for electric/gas and 9% for council tax and water or are these figures for 2012-2013?

It's not a set rate per year, it's based on worked hours per week:

Gas/Electric

Hours/Percentage
10 8%
15 12%
20 17%
25 21%
30 25%
35 29%
40 33%

Water/Council tax
10 2%
15 4%
20 5%
25 6%
30 7%
35 9%
40 10%

Thank you for your reply - I've just realised that I've posted this on the wrong action too! I was querying this only as my NCMA Accounts book said 7%/25% and HMRC says 9%/29% so I was rather confused!

30 hours would be 7%(Water/CT) / 25% (Gas/Electcric)
35 hours would be 9% (Water/CT) / 29% (Gas/Electric)
