Changing from NCMA to MM

Hi,

I hope this isn't a stupid question. I have recently changed from NCMA to MM and whilst getting the paperwork ready for a signing soon it suddenly dawned on me that I might have to change all my contracts over to MM. Is this correct or can I carry on using the NCMA contracts?

You can use whatever contracts you wish with MM - just make sure you are covered you in case of non payment / abusive behaviour etc in your contracts, policies etc.

MM will only support you in the event of a claim if your paperwork says you are justified doing what you are doing.
