Hi all was wondering may be having first child start. mum wants care all day every Tuesday permanent. what do you do if parent wants odd day here and there now and again? On top of permanent hours?thanks Tashx

If you have the space available, get parent to 'book' any additional hours in advance, and pay for them up front - that way if nearer the time parent changes their mind, you still get paid.
