Certificate Number

Hiya,

I received my registration certificate on Saturday - yay!!

I have also been sent a questionnaire from the local family information service, so they can advertise my services. However, the form asks for my certificate number.

So silly question alert - where is my certificate number? I can clearly see my registration number, but nothing labelled as a certificate number.

I would think that your certificate number is your registration number with Ofsted - but you could always ring your FIS to check :)

The number that begins with EY.... is your Registration /URN or Certificate number. :thumbsup:
