i have been sitting here at the pc and realised that my neck and should shoulders are almost locked solid and i can feel my face aching from being cross ...

all to do with this deregulating childminders/lowering costs etc. i have written so many emails today about it and read lots more background info, that my brain and body have given up. i've just drunk a glass of wine without noticing :blush: and am going to now go and have a hot bath and try to de-stress about it!

grrrrr!

oh well, out tomorrow, so can't haunt the forum or the press!

Sit up straight and roll your shoulders - first backwards and then forwards - 10 times each way.

Then move your head to the sides, back and front 10 times each.

This releases the tension and will help you sleep without shoulder pain.

ouchy - bath and loosen up as sarah says. think pleasant thoughts in the bath too.
