View Full Version : I've had an accident!!!
On Thursday one of the mindees knocked over one of our kitchen chairs and broke the seat off, DH put it to one side to mend later.
Silly me forgot, picked it up to put it onto the table so I could hoover the floor and the seat fell off onto my toe.
I spent 4 hours in A&E and I've broken it!!!! no pot because it is broken right at the end so I have just got to rest it:(
I have a lovely black bruise today and the pain has finally subsided, feel so silly but DH and DD are running around after me, making sure I don't do too much:blush:

Oh no hope it heals quick I feel your pain. I had an accident today fell over in the park felt a right wally have cut my elbow really bad my mum said I should have gone to a & e and get it stitched and have ripped all the skin off my big toe as I wore open toe shoes, have cut all my hands as well. I was just so embrassed :blush: luckily my friend was with me so helped me back to my car.
The things we do at least hubby is doing the ironing :clapping::clapping:

Ouch :panic: I feel your pain too, well dd does. Last year whilst on a trip to Conkers she managed to drop a huge log on her big toe :panic: Her toe bruised instantly and she eventally lost her nail. It's taken a long time to heal so do rest as much as you can especially if dh and dd are looking after you :thumbsup:
