Operational File

My operational file is getting quite big and bulky, so I was thinking of splitting it up. Does anyone have a separate file for their certificates and a separate file for their network childminding things. I dont want to confuse parents by giving them too many files to look at, but the one I have looks scary because its so jam packed.

I keep all my network things completly separate. I have a file that I keep all my policy & procedures in one section, a section that contains menus, a section with planning, certificates, risk assesments etc.

Then like I said, a file that contains my network info & work.

I'm like Sarah and have seprate files for everything (heck, even my planning files are starting to be split by subject matter as they are getting so full!).
