Help with permission form please

Hi my parents have come back form a trip to Gambia where they visited a nursery school. My mum passed my details on and the head of the nursery has been in contact and I would like to exchange information about my setting and children and what we do. The nursery will be sending us letters and pictures too. I thought it would be a great learning opportunity for the children but don't quite know what to put or how to word the permission from for the parents . I basically would like to email telling them about us in general and send photo of us all . (do you think I would be okay to send photos if I have permission?) or is it best just to get permission to to exchange information I would like to give names and ages of the children so we can be like setting penpals

I would just inform parents you are going to have new penpals and that you will be sharing information including photos via letters and emails.

Talk about the exciting learning opportunities for the children.

Ask them to let you know if they have any problems with your new activity :D
