Hello

I've had an enquiry to drop a 7 year old to school on just 4 occasions.

I know I'll need the child info & permission forms (just in the process of putting this onto 1 page so I dont overwhelm them with lots of paperwork!)

Alot of the permission forms wont be needed - but shall I add them anyway?

Would you still draw up a contract?

Many Thanks
Kate

I didn't worry about a contract when I did something similiar, just child record form and permissions.

I would write a short agreement with parent - days/hours, rates of pay, what's included (food etc). You could even incorporate the relevant permissions into it.
Both of you should sign it and have a copy.

I'd also take payment for all four sessions up front.
