Contract Renewal

Hello

I've been midning for just over a year & have just realised that I havent reviewed any of my contracts yet which are now over 12 months old.

I'm not planning on changing anything but do I still need to get the parents to sign a new one?

No, I usually have a word with each parent and ask how everything is going and discuss if there anything we need to change, especially if we've had any issues over the year (eg late payments, turning up early/late). Its also a good time to go over some policies if there have been any problems with things like them bringing round ill children or turning up early/late etc. I would do a new contract for any agreed changes or if I want to raise my fee or charge for meals (contract review is a natural time to do this). If nothing is to change and everyone is happy then I would make a note of any feedback from the parent, make a note on the contract that it has been reviewed and set the next review date and carry on with the same contract :)
