what folder heading do u have (clerical and evidence)

hiya everyone

i was just wondering what kind of folders do u have. ie. wpi folder ( working in partnerships) sen folder, childs individual folder, main planning folder, finances, risk assessments, daily check lists...

do you have any to add. or im i looking at doing to many . x

I have main folder that as policies etc that I show parents on visits and I have

....files for each child for contracts info etc

.....planning

that's it I think everything is stored in my filing cabinet.:)

I have :

Parents Information folder with copies of a blank contract and all the forms the parents need to fill in for me if they use me, Copy of all my policies, copy of Ofsted report an bit about me and some photos of my setting. some Eyfs info.

Risk Assessments has Evacuation practice records, all CRBs , car insurance/Mots and service record, House insurance, Pub Lib insurance etc.
Planning
Parents feedback
Outings
Better Food better business for childminders
Attendance Register (NCMA)
Accident/Incident/Medication Folder (NCMA)

Then each family has a folder in my filing tin which has copies of contract, info sheet, signed permissions, any letters etc and the child's LJ and development sheets.

Thats it.
