Hiya

I have a mum who I have had problems with and whos left, without notice but thats another story

but she was meant to pay for last week on saturday, and didnt and is ignoring calls and texts, its £110 what do i do!

i would write her a letter including an invoice giving her a date to settle up by
tell her that if she hasn't paid by then then you will take the claim to the small claims court.

you can do this online it's very easy
costs about £30 which you include in her bill


when this happened to me i set up the claim but didn't press submit and sent mum the link to it so she could see i was serious. she paid by return

good luck though

don't forget to notify the tax credit people that she's no longer paying you

Let us know how you get on. Sometimes people just need to know that you are serious and not willing to forget about it. A letter is the best way forward - possibly hand delivered so that you can be sure it has reached her address ;)

well I did the letter and everything, and nothing, so going to start my forms today
