Newbie health declaration Q?

Hi I'm about to apply to ofsted and just filling in the health declaration and wandered about question A13 age ranges? Don't know how many I'll have yet? What should I put? Also thought the ratios were 3 under 5? The question is please specify the age ranges and number of children the provision will care for?
Birth to 1year
1 year to the end of the early years age group?

Hi you could just put 1 under 1 and 2 over, as long as you don't go over your 3 under 5's i can't see that it will really matter, or as my certificate says 3 under 5's with only one being under the age of 1, so however it is put it will still be 3 in total. hope this helps think i'm rambling a bit:)
