Child Info Storage

Hi,

How do you all store your mindee's info? Ive heard conficting reports that it needs to be locked away?

Does anyone have a nice looking white cabinet that locks? My computer is on a seperate part of the landing and would like something not too unsightly to put my folders in so they are out of sight. Any ideas?

I have a lockable metal table top file box with the personal files and LJs in and its locked when I am not working or out of the house. Ofsted do prefer it is locked up.

Staples had two drawer filing cabinets in white. I've just bought a pink lockable file box to store mine in.
