Hi all,
I've just got my certificate through, (hurrah!) and I've had two sets of parents interested (hurrah 2!).
What I wonder is what I need to get signed from the parents when/if they sign the contract? I know I need to get permissions forms and policies signed, so far I have the following permissions forms:
Administer Medication, Seek Emergency Medical treatment, Observations, Photo permission, Crech permission, Large garden/playground equitment, Outings permission.
I also have the following policies: Administering Medication, Behaviour Management, Collection Policy,Complaints Policy, Emergency evacuation procedure, Equal opertunities and antidescrimitorial Policy, Late payments of fees, Lost child policy, Medication Poicy, Safeguarding Policy, Setteling in Policy, Sick Child policy, Unexpected closure of Service Policy.
Also what do people have in their 'about your child' form?
Is there anything else I would need to get the parents to sign, or to make sure they have received/seen?
