Hi,

Really stupid question but I'd rather be sure than to do it wrong.....

This needs to be completed with the exact times a child arrived and left your setting eg 7.07 and dep at 8.46?

Also, i am minding a 1 year old - do you just completed arrival time and then departure time in pm box so they are diagonally opposite or do u complete say 9.00 - 12.00 and then 12.01 to 6.00?

Yes, you do need to put the exact times they arrive and leave, not the times they are contracted for.

I don't use this book but, when I did, I don't remember filling in any more than the time they arrived and the time they left. I didn't do that middle bit unless I dropped them off at playschool and picked them up later that day eg 0903 - 11.32 and 1430 - 1758.
