Behaviour monitoring Form

Hello

I have a 14mth old who keeps grabbing other children's hair.

Its gone on for quite a while now and want to track it to see if there are any triggers.

Has anyone got a simple way of recording this?

I'd just jot it down on an A4 sheet - date, time, where it happened, who's involved, any trigger (arguing over a toy, lo tired or hungry) and see if you can spot any patterns.
