all about me and early years passport

i have been download happy and gotten everything i can and now i am not sure if the all about me and early years passport are roughly the same thing or different entirely can someone explain.

Lots of people use a combination of documents to put together their own 'all about me' child record form.

It's rare for 1 form to ask all the questions you want to include :D
