NCMA toolkit/insurance question

I applied for the toolkit with insurance, and the box turned up today, but nothing about the insurance. Can someone tell me if it comes separately or if I need to contact them.

I think they do come separate but would suggest you give them a call to check

Insurance docs come separately to any product ordered.

I joined NCMA last week and I ordered the toolkit which I received today. It is missing the accident folder though does this come separately or have they missed it out by mistake?
