Love that saying, I too had my inspection today, same mrs o as for my pre reg which I think might have helped a bit. I got a good overall with 5 outstanding areas, so am very pleased.
My policies were a bit out of date, my fault I wrote them when I registered in. July, had planned on joining ncma and my complaint procedure stated that I would ring ncma? Obv she questioned this and then picked up on the fact that they were out of date. She also asked me if I go back over my planning to make sure I cover all areas as she noticed that I don't seem to cover much PSRN, but she Also stated that this is done import routinely, like cou ting the stairs, and she had heard me counting when reading that very morning. I just hadn't evidenced it!
She sat at the table, joined in a little bit every now and then, I really should have sold myself more but that's just not me!
Can't remember much else, so have to wait to read my report.
I was told that I was very calm, and the children pick up on that and it's a lovely setting, my garden is bigger than most nurseries!
