Default HELP.... Need an activity for 0-2 years

I have an interview on Wednesday for a nursery and need to do an activity for 0-2 years (any area of learning)
I have one for 3-5 years (British values)
I need to supply/provide all the resources so something simple 👍

    Didn't want to read & run !

0-2 (I'm going for 18m here) ... sticks, stones, farm animals, tractors & diggers .... beginnings of imaginative play ?
Mark making on baby wipes ... the ink runs but looks lovely.
And one I want to try is hair gel in zip lock bags....

    Good luck x

0-2 is a vast area of different levels of learning and development. There was a post on here recently of someone's Ofsted inspection and she had a large tube and had the lo's dropping lots of different sized cars/vehicles down it. I thought this was a wonderful activity for any age group. You could also introduce small balls etc.

I'd go for sensory with scoops, filling pouring etc - always a winner here :-)

treasure basket of musical bits/scarves ... singing songs and shaking instruments/bells/banging sticks together, waving scarves around.

my 2 x 20mth olds adore pouring water from the teapot into plastic cups, stirring with a spoon and giving me ' tea ' to drink.

posting bottle tops or blocks or conkers or ??? into empty pringle tubes with a hole cut in the plastic lid.

    good luck xxx
