We are planning to make sensory bottles today as the weather isn't looking too good. Some great ideas here to add to my own. I love idea of smelly bottles and will definitely be trying that one.
Thanks for some great ideas.

We love our magnetic bottles at the moment. Paperclips, coins, short lengths of pipe cleaners. The children spend so long with magnets moving the contents around.
I glue gun mine closed as these contents are ones I definitely don't want getting out

The big black one we have had for years so I have no idea. The white ones belong to my magnetic cupboard locks

For my magnet ones I bought large heavy duty horseshoe ones from eBay...easy for the LO's to hold and work a treat

I'm busy collecting bottles so can do some of these fantastic ideas x

Hey Amy...
Jellyfish bottle today worked ok...I used a nice thin bag and did as much as I could to ensure it looked like a jellyfish lol!!
The older ones helped me, which they thoroughly enjoyed...and the littlies all recognised it as a jellyfish so couldn't really complain hey?!
Not as good as the one on the site tho...

We have most of the ones mentioned. We also have ones with hair gel and marbles in. The marbles move very slowly through the hair gel. My mindees like picking a marble and seeing which one will get to the other end first.
I'm going to make some more I think! Even my older mindees like them! Love the magnet idea!
If you do not hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes

Although I'm not childminding yet, I love these ideas and will be doing some with my own 22 mths old twins

My first bottles were too heavy for my little people, now I only half fill or stick to light stuff like this!
