Celery Boats

Makes about 6 boats:

• 2 tablespoons of soft cheese
• 3 sticks of celery
• 6 long chunky slices of carrot
• 1 tablespoon chopped red pepper

Wash and cut each stick of celery into finger length pieces.

Mix the chopped pepper with the soft cheese

Put the mixture into the celery hollows

Stand a carrot slice in the centre as a mast.
