Baked Chips

 

  • Large potatoes washed - leave skin on for extra nutrition.
  • Olive Oil

 

Cut the potatoes into large 'chips' brush with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven until tender, Approx. 15 minutes depending on size.

 

A healthy alternative to deep fried or oven chips
