Prune Fluff

  • 200 g (8 oz) Prunes - fresh, tinned or dried
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 38 g (1.5 oz) Muscovado sugar
  • half pint natural yogurt

 

If using dried prunes pour enough boiling water over to cover them and leave overnight to absorb the liquid.

 

Remove stones from prunes and blend in a food processor or blender with other ingredients.
