Fruity Milkshake

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt

 

Suitable fruit of your choice i.e. 1 small banana, handful strawberries or raspberries, 1 Kiwi (not suitable for apples or citrus fruit)

 

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.

 

A good way of disguising fruit for those who won't eat it!
