Ghoulish Choccy Apples

Ingredients

  • SuperCook EasyChoc Milk Chocolate Flavour or Scotbloc Chocolate Flavour Covering
  • 4 apples
  • 4 lolly sticks
  • To decorate
  • SuperCook White Mini Marshmallows
  • SuperCook Designer Icing

 

Method

Wash and pat dry 4 eating apples and remove stalks. Carefully push a lolly stick into each apple.

Melt a 200g sachet of EasyChoc Milk Chocolate Flavour or Scotbloc Chocolate Flavour Covering according to pack instructions and place in a small bowl. Dip each apple in chocolate, spooning over to thinly cover apple as much as possible. Rest each apple in a tall tumbler to set.

Push White Mini Marshmallows into chocolate on top of apples, just before it sets, to make white spiked hair.

Once chocolate has set, decorate with Icing to make scary faces.
