Shiny Dough

 

  • 3lb plain flour
  • 1lb salt
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • Water as needed
  • Food colouring or powder paint

 

Mix together slowly adding water until dough is formed, kneed well.

 

This is a pliable dough, easy to cut with pastry cutters and tools.
