Default wanted - wooden zoo and animals

I am looking for a wooden zoo set with large animals if possible - I have twin mindees aged 2 and when discussing what items I could start to bring out to play with this was one suggestion - lots of little play sets such as garage, farm etc. I am having difficulty sourcing a good wooden zoo set which can stand up to the rigours of little boys and obviously need large animals so they don't put them in their mouths! Any help would be appreciated.

Ebay often has lots of plastic animals for sale. I got a good safari set from argos a while back, it was half price so not sure if they still have it.
