Headache!! App form

Just thought I would start my app forms and I've given up already - name, address, phone number - omggggggg..........Does anyone know of any helpful websites or someone I can pay to do it all for me (only joking!!). I'm probably being silly and stressing out over it too much - but there is so much paperwork and sections and standards and blah de blah......anyone with help, please do so.....thanks x
