    Default question

Someone can answer it? I am seeking for your point of view, thanks girls!

1: why and how children learn better when they have loving and secure relationships with both parents and carers and Key Persons in childcare settings. Explain also how parents and carers are of primary importance in the lives of babies and young children.

    Question

Bowlby's attachment theory. Some debate as you could argue that CMs could be more constant than a nursery key worker (who may be part time etc) but ultimate reference is parents. Emotional, values, beliefs - are all implicit within family.
Making the leap & returning to childminding - it's what I know & love
