Task 7 - please help

Hi All,
This is my 1st post.
I need some help regarding Task 7 im currently on.
I've googled, went through my book, just cant get an answer for the following:

5.4 Identify how and why it is important that children receive equal treatment and access, based on their individual needs and acknowledging their rights.

Could someone please help me.

This is to do with children with special needs and disabilities- why should you help them to access things equally, what are their rights as a child, rights as a person with special needs. I hope that helps you find the right section of your book.

Hi,

Important as both children need to gain confidence self esteem and be given opportunities to progress.

Talk about your Equality and Diversity - so you ensure your activities are accessible to all children regardless of culture, religious beliefs, disabilities etc.
