    Default Online child protection course?

Does anyone know of an approved online child protection course? I finished level 3 March last year which includes a unit on safeguarding, does this count as child protection/safeguarding training?

yes it should be the safeguarding level required (although maybe better to check with your DO) - I did an ICP unit to become a childminder which included safeguarding. Then when renewed it I did it online.
What does the safeguarding certificate say on it that you got?
If you want to look at online courses does your LA have an online CPD page? You can sign up for all sorts of courses on there and online courses are available too. I did mine through them. Other LA's may be different though - I'm Devon.

Your safeguarding training must be LA approved as the rules stand at the moment - so check with them before paying any money
