Training Plan for me?

My CDW has said that I should have some sort of training schedule in my folder to show OFSTED how I will seek to improve myself, does anyone have advice for what this should look like?

Think about it like an action plan - what you want to do next, when you want to do it, how you will get there - then evaluate how things have gone
