Need more help and advice please:)

Hello to all you wonderful child-minders

I am sorry If I have said this before, but im still needing help and advice as Im not getting from any tutors at all they just don't call you back and im really getting frustrated....

At the moment Im doing the CYPOP5 course on line with Pacey was (NCMA)and im not enjoying the course at all...is anyone else doing this online with Pacey? im on Task 4 make a business plan and task 9 Typical Behaviour what are you suppose to do then? as I've never done this before its so confusing and I feel I don't have anyone who I can ask for help....

I do really want to complete this course and become a registered child-minder.

have you read through the book on these issues? I found a lot of the information in there. I also did a lot of research using google. WIth regards oto the business plan you can get one started and visit your local bank and they will look it through for oyu, if you are clever and tell them you might need some help with funding. You DON'T need to take any funding but they are so careful with the subject they will give you lots of sound advice on your business plan and point out anything you might have missed taking account of.

Would it also be cheeky to ask for a copy - also struggling with this for my Cypw level 3
