hi, i know what u mean i was stuck and only just finishing it after months my tutor helped, am going to try and post her quote below,

"C – having done D, this should be more straightforward. WHY is it important
that all children 0-16yr are protected? Provided for? And can participate in
    everything?
Give a clear reason for each.

B ANALYSE questions need 3-5 specific points, each one being written about in
detail. What is your role in doing what you have listed in D ï¾– what is it that
you DO – write more detail about different aspects of what you do. See the
assignment guidance for some suggestions. Give a range of examples.

A Main documents are going to be United Nations Convention on the Rights of the
Child, and Children Act(2004). Have a look at each of these and write about
the pros and cons of each document. How have they affected your daily
practice? Stay focussed on RIGHTS and the three aspects of rights as listed in
    D.
Children Act(2004) was based on Green Paper Every Child Matters, which resulted
from the Laming Report into Victoria Climbie’s death.
You might also consider how research has led to the development of Foundation
Stage, Birth to Three Matters and more recently EYFS – all of these being based
    on learning through play.

For A, the main thing is to have some advantages, some disadvantages and a
clear CONCLUSION. If you do this, you are very likely to get at least half
marks. If what you write is particularly sensible and relevant you will get a
    higher mark."

    hope this helps xxx

sorry forgot to add d, here it is

"D – think of children's rights as being:
    1. protection (from harm, from abuse)
    2. provision (of suitable, stimulating, fun environment)
    3. participation (enabling children to make decisions, actively take part,
letting their voice be heard, and them to be seen as an individual)

How are you going to implement each of the above for the full age range 0-16yr?
This might vary from keeping small items out of reach of a 12m old to enabling
a 15yr old to safely get the bus to the nearest town to go to the cinema with
    friends.
Address each of the above, giving a range of examples for each."

    Hope it helps xxxx

I have not started yet (apart from unit 1) I am just waiting for my grant to come through as the council pay £185 per unit, so it mean I only have to find £15.
I am going to be doing it through the NEC as my nearest college that is accommodating this course is 20 miles away and I don't drive, so it is hard to get to every week.
