What is your all time favourite song?

I love love love U2, With Or Without You! Gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it.

My dad was in the army and did a tour of Northern Ireland and his regiment made a video of it with music from U2 over the top. When my Mum and Dad used to watch it, they had it up so loud that I would have to go downstairs and ask them to turn it down (I would have been between about 11-13)They would be laid together on the sofa having a cuddle.They looked so happy but things turned sour and they eventually split up and my relationship with my Dad fell apart. I think that song reminds me of happier times. I have even been known to cry to it on occasions... I hardly ever cry lol

I love 'With or Without You' as well.

I'm also sad because I too love 'Come on Eileen' - reminds me of many, many family parties! I also love 'Take on Me' by AHa.

'Philadelphia' by Bruce Springsteen makes me very nostalgic for my first year at uni when Philadelphia was the film everyone was going to see.

my favourite songs are 'Grace' an Irish ballad , and 'The green fields of France' ( No Mans Land) by the furys.

As for better know ones - Come on Eileen , suprised its already had 2 mentions I didnt know it was popular!
Turn a different corner by George Michael too.
