    Not sure what we are having we might have to grab a kfc or something on the way to my sons

    mmmmmmmmm F&C or KFC! something low fat for me boring but has to be done - out in London for a show tomorrow so will have a nice meal then and not worry about diet for the day

    I was going to be very good & make a sheperds pie with veggies for us & a veggie one for my sister.

    Mindees have just left & I haven't started any prep so I'm now thinking indian take away Feel so guilty but sometimes it's just one of those days!

    Plus diets starting Monday so I'm trying to cram all my favs into the next couple of days! LOL

    OH is away so I can have all the things I like but he doesn't soit's mushroom, blue cheese and white wine rissotto followed by cherry garcia ice cream!!!! it's bubbling away now and smells great!!!

    We've just had cumberland sausages cooked in red wine and onion gravy served on a bed of lump free, creamy mash potato Gorgeous it was too but now I'm well and truely stuffed so bang went the diet AGAIN

    we had pork chops, roasties, stuffing, gravy , carrots and green beans yum, havent had chops for ages and realy enjoyed them.

    We have just had Homemade,(Weight Watchers Recipie (14pp)) Fish and Spicy Wedges. Was Yummy....mmmmmmm

    Fish dipped in Cous Cous and oven baked. We also had peas with it.
