Does anyone know what Enostosis is?

An enostosis (bone island) is a common, benign bone lesion which is usually seen as an incidental finding. It constitutes a small focus of compact bone within the cancellous bone.

I Googled it, there seems to be alot of info about it but that's the jist of it.
