Hubby and i are having a rack of ribs, (only just decided i quite like these!), and not sure what the kids are having yet, cos they wont eat the ribs! Bit like old mother hubbard in my fridge today not sure why but seem to have run short, so unless you want ready done roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese, or the ribs or mince again and we have already had chilli this week, it will be something fromt the freezer like a fish cake for the kids! Or soup and they wont eat that either!

Well we were going to have fish, new potatoes and salad but I forgot to get the cod out of the freezer in time, so it's now quiche, homemade potato wedges and salad instead.

The children are having prawns, not sure what with though

mine love prawns mixed with rice, peas & sweetcorn, either hot ( or cold! ) just like that, or sometimes i cook an egg through it to make egg fried rice.

we're having bangers & mash with either baked beans or veg. DS has a friend to tea & that was their request. only got one mindee afterschool and she eats everything ( except baked beans! )

The rack of ribs from aldi are really yummy, especially if you cover them in foil and cook on low for a couple of hours, meat falls of the bone!

Friday night is traditionally take-away night for myself and OH so we'll have something delivered later once the kids are in bed. Unusually I have no mindees for tea tonight so my own 2 children can have what they call "rubbish tea" which tonight will be pizza and chips. I don't do chips during the week very often as some mindee's parents think they're too unhealthy
