As tomorrow we are hoping to close a rather tricky deal on a new house and the sale of ours. If we get it it will be perfect for minding, enabling me to have a good size playroom,separate from my family living space, with freeflow into a huge garden

I really don't know if we will get it so please send all the good vibes you can tomorrow as we want it so much!!

Am on tenterhooks tonight waiting to hear tomorrow if our offer has been accepted. Its all a bit scary
