    Let me introduce the latest member of our family

    Sidney the Snail

    he is a Giant African Land Snail and the kids love him

    We had the loan of 3 of these for the day, they were huge children loved them.

    We borrowed some and the mindees loved them - when I took them back to their owner - they had laid hundreds of eggs which could be seen if looked through the bottom of the tank - shame I hadn't spotted the eggs to show the mindees.

    Just be careful Dave that you do not end up with more new family members than you want

    i do want one but they turn my stomach. one of my 4 year olds had a normal size one sliding up his arm the other day thought it was hilariuos = until it poo'd on him. I didn't even know snails pood
