    I am supposed to be on a diet but who knows if I see what you lot are having, I might be tempted into having something else ha ha just don't tell Carol

    Hi, just got back from Florida today so cupboards are bare and if I can keep awake a bit longer think we will have a Chinese.

    Nothing, off to Zumba and slimming world so eat when i get in which will be toast. Have chiili in oven cooking for tomorrow's tea and i'm dying to eat some though

    Beef hamburger with all the toppings (chutney, tomato, fried onion) for hubby... beef burger patty for me with green salad.

    We have chicken crown marinaded in rosemary and garlic from Sainsburys, trouble was I didnt realise it took so long to cook, so wont be ready for a while yet.

    I can tell you we are having sausage casserole tomorrow as sister in law and neice are popping over at some time, we were going to have a gammon joint, but just thought casserole was easier, cos can make it earlier

    Having homemade quiche and salad followed by the left over apple, blackberry & rubarb crumble and custard DS1 and me made yesterday Although, the homemade custard is looking a bit like scrambled egg this evening - I think I heated it too quickly!!!
