    Default Batch Cooking Today....

As title says, I batch cook at the beginning of the week in the few hours I have off to make meals for the forthcoming week.

So far today I have batched cooked as follows:

    Slow Cooker Curry
    Vegetarian Lasagne
    Vegetarian Shephards Pie
    Shephards Pie

    Am about to start

    Sausage Casserole
    Coq Au Vin
Puff Pastry Parcels (make and then freeze to be cooked later)
Fresh Pasta both veggie and non veggie.

Will stop to go back to work, but once mine are in bed tonight the cooking marathon continues.

Debating getting a small freezer to store meals in like this as I enjoy cooking so much..........

I'm impressed! I need to get organised and do this as I struggle to cook healthy meals quickly for my family when work is finished.

I must have a clear out of my freezer first though!

What do you put in your pastry parcels? We love mushroom/leek/cream cheese. I managed to get DD2 to eat them by calling them Philidelphia pies! She loves Phili on crackers.
