Am still looking for "normal" orphan ones...the only alternative seems to be victorian orphan costume!

Can you find an old brown dress, put a dirty smock over the top, sew a couple of patches on?

when my daughter did it she wore an old cotton dress in blue check and we stitched patches on with big uneven stiches. We got the dress from a charity shop it was about 2 pounds.xx

I'm uncreative too - which is why I but - it's cheaper then trying to make the outfit, then having to buy one and pay for next day delivery so it gets here in time!

...hold on I'll post the other links. x

As below, but medium (8-10 years)

Large (10-12 years) you need to check the sizes!

    ...more to follow!

    Aged 7-9 (Brown)

(There is a size up & size down in this one)...Think I'd opt for this one if it was me.

Are you still looking? I have two orphan annie costumes (daughter did hard knock life in dance show too!) Either would probably fit your 8 yr old....I am happy to lend one but I would definately want it back as they are memories for my daughter.

Let me know if you're interested
